This month, we appealed to residents for information about a neglected dog found in Chipstead. The little pooch, thought to be a poodle, was picked up on Friday 16 August by our Dog Warden and treated by a local vet.

Our social media post about this dog received an enormous amount of engagement on our Facebook page - we believe it is one of our most engaged with posts ever. We had over 1,000 shares, nearly 900 likes and over 400 comments, and the story was also covered by Surrey Live.

Since then, we've had an update from the Dog Warden to say that DeeDee is doing much better and has now been rehomed.
