Calling 55s and over: Get Ready for Living and Ageing Well Week
 

If you are aged 55 or over and looking for a new past time or sport you might be interested in our Living & Ageing Well Week, running 29 September – 3 October. The action-packed week offers a programme of over 50 different activities for residents to take part in.

Sports, films, pampering and more...

On offer are:

• two film screenings at the Harlequin Theatre, Redhill
• sports including swimming, gym, aqua classes, badminton, short tennis, Pilates, walking basketball, table tennis, badminton and aerotone 
• taster sessions in art, bridge, tea dancing and line dancing, yoga and French 
• many other sessions on subjects from computers to Tai Chi, beauty and pamper treatments to special lunches.
