Delivered by Crawley College with support from Manor Royal Business Improvement District, Gatwick Diamond Business and Crawley Town Centre Business Improvement District, the workshop focuses on modern sales best practice - effective prospecting and networking, developing a positive sales mindset, understanding buying behaviours, building rapport and delivering excellent customer service.
