New year volunteering opportunities
|
Reigate and Banstead are planning on doing some much needed grassland restoration work on Hooley Meadows Site of Nature Conservation Importance (SNCI). There is a lot of scrub bashing that needs to be done. Scrub bashing is always lots of fun, keeps you fit, and more or often than not, comes with a big warm fire. We were looking for dates in February – Would you like to volunteer individually for the challenge or take on the challenge as part of a corporate team?
Contact our countryside ranger Hannah for more information.
There are a huge number of other local volunteering opportunties available, visit Do it and you can search by your local area.
