Want to lose weight?

‘Lose Weight the Better Way’ at our Horley, Banstead and Donyngs leisure centres, by signing up to a free three-month weight loss (or gain) challenge.

Open to members and non-members aged 16 and over, this programme supports you towards your goals with personal trainers on hand to provide nutritional advice and fitness programmes. There’s extra help through free workshops on nutrition, body types and training types plus free group exercise classes. Also on offier is plus advice on how to carry on your good work beyond the programme.

The overall prize winner is announced on 15 May.
