The corporate team at Knights has advised on the sale of a private waste management company in Surrey.
Britaniacrest Recycling has been bought by French green energy producer, Qair Group.
The acquired outfit has 29 years of experience in waste management, having been founded in 1993 by Ray Foss Snr to provide skip hire and waste management services for private and commercial customers.
The business will now join Qair's group of waste, recycling and renewable energy subsidiaries.
Knights' team was led by Neale Andrews and supported by Tanya Dobson, Maria Guida, Oliver Lewis, Kamal Chauhan, Jade Edgar, Phillip Vallon, Sarah Luxmoore and Fiona Moss.
Ray Foss Snr, founder and director of Foss Holdings Ltd, said: "This is a major decision for both Britaniacrest and Qair.
"The combination of the two companies will accelerate the growth and diversification of Britaniacrest in the region, and we welcome the talent and expertise that Qair will bring to the company.
