Rukshana’s zeal for innovative learning and helping individuals within organisations, her passion for customer service excellence and her great desire to help young people achieve employability were the driving forces behind her decision to start her own business.

Lilipad People Development was founded in June 2014 and is the result of her 25 years experience in the corporate world.

Rukshana has a BA [Hons] Degree in Psychology

She is the recipient of the Institute of Customer Service [ICS] Silver Solutions Award.
