The ‘notice of intention to commence’ and timetable for our new Local Plan was published on 31 July 2026. It is available for residents and others to view on our website at reigate-banstead.gov.uk/local-plan-2044. A copy of the notice and timetable can also be viewed at the Town Hall as well as at the borough’s libraries.
