All residential households in Reigate and Banstead should now have received a leaflet inviting them to respond to the CGR consultation. Around 65,000 leaflets were printed and delivered around 1^st - 3rd December 2025.

If you are aware of any households who have not yet received a leaflet:

1. If they can go online, please direct them to our website where they can complete the survey online and find out further information at www.reigate-banstead.gov.uk/cgr
2. If they can't go online, please let us know by emailing cgr@reigate-banstead.gov.uk, including the property number/name and postcode. We can then arrange a replacement to be posted to their address.

Please help us to raise awareness of the review and encourage residents to respond to the consultation by sharing our social media posts and engaging with your local communities.  

The consultation closes at 4pm on Friday 16 January 2026.
