As part of the Council's Code of Conduct, all Members have a statutory obligation to keep the register of their Disclosable Pecuniary Interests accurate and up to date. To support this, we ask all Members to provide an annual Declaration of Interests. All Members are also required to complete a yearly Related Party Transactions declaration as part of the Council’s Statement of Accounts.  All Members have been sent an email from Mod.Gov with a link and instructions on how to do this.

You must submit your declarations as soon as possible and by no later than Thursday 5^th March.

The Council is obliged to name in the Statement of Accounts any Member who has not completed a declaration.
