06 February 2025, 6:30pm - Effective Councillor and Officer Relations

Virtual training delivered by South East Employers (SEE).  This workshop is designed to clarify the roles and responsibilities of elected councillors and officers. The workshop will promote discussion and dialogue in respect of the relationship between officers and councillors and provide councillors with the opportunity to develop their understanding of how to make the most of this unique but naturally complex relationship.
