Key themes we’ve been hearing from local people
The key themes that we have been hearing about from local people:
- Thanks and praise for hospital staff
- General practice appointments: digital access issues
- Lack of information causing unnecessary confusion and concern
- Research update: Men in Mind
- Research update: Living, coping, thriving.
Opportunities to ‘Have your say’
- We would love to hear feedback about GP services, particularly relating to digital/online access, recent experiences about hospital visits, appointments or stays, and also oral health in Surrey care homes.
- Luminus is also working with Public Health, to support Surrey residents, wherever they are in their smoking journey, to understand the risks of smoking and get free support to quit.

Impact report
I am also pleased to attach our Impact report for the last quarter of 2025-26 (January to March 2026). This, and the accompanying video, highlight how listening to local people’s experiences about services has led to action and change.
