The ‘notice of intention to commence’ and timetable for our new Local Plan is set to be published tomorrow (31 July 2026). They will be available for residents and others to view on the new Local Plan section of our website at reigate-banstead.gov.uk/local-plan-2044. A copy of the notice and timetable can also be viewed at the Town Hall as well as at the borough’s libraries. People can sign up online to receive future issues of our new Local Plan newsletter for updates on progress and how they can get involved in shaping the plan at reigate-banstead.gov.uk/local-plan-2044, or by emailing planning.policy@reigate-banstead.gov.uk or calling 01737 276178.
