Climate Change Fundamentals training
Tuesday 14th January at 6pm
This is an optional training course for members who would like to find out more about climate change and what we can do about it.
The training may be of particular interest to those councillors who were first elected in May 2024, but is open to any councillor who has not attended a previous Climate Change Essentials or Carbon Literacy training session.
Please RSVP by email to sustainability@reigate-banstead.gov.uk if you would like to attend. I have attached a short flyer that provides a bit more information. The training will be delivered by ThreePointFive.

Member access to the Municipal Journal
Dear Members,
The Council has a corporate subscription to the Municipal Journal, which Members can access and read online.
The Municipal Journal (the MJ) is the online management journal for local authority business. The MJ publishes insights and analysis from local authorities and industry leaders in UK Local Government.
To access it, Members will need to register on the website https://themj.co.uk/forms/corporateform using your Council email address.

Household Support Fund – Sixth Round
Details of how the Council will be distributing the sixth round of the Household Support Fund are now on the website. As in previous rounds food and fuel vouchers for residents facing hardship are available through our referral partners. Some grants are also being made to local Voluntary Sector partners to support their vulnerable clients.
