We are proud to bring you our annual report for 2025-26 – ‘Making every voice count’.

At Healthwatch Surrey we passionately believe that listening and responding to people’s experiences is vital to create health and social care services that meet the needs of people in Surrey. And despite a year dominated by the uncertainty of change for Healthwatch, the NHS, local authority and the voluntary sector, we have done just that (and continue to do so).

Through 2025 – 2026, 2428 Surrey residents shared their experiences about health and social care with us and 421 people came to our Helpdesk for advice and information.
