Practical tips for your outdoor theatre experience

Arrival time
The grounds will be open 1 hours before the show.

Show time
Show times vary; please check your tickets for further information and the web listings for approximate running times.

What should I bring?
Bring something to sit on – a blanket, chair or cushion. Please be mindful of those sitting behind you, and don’t bring sun umbrellas, gazebos etc.

Refreshments
Sadly no food option this year: customers may bring picnics.
Bar will be open at all events serving a variety of drinks.

What happens if it rains?
The show will go on come rain or shine, so please bring clothing that will keep you warm and dry. If weather conditions are extremely adverse, the event may be moved to the Harlequin Theatre. This decision would be made the day before.

Ticket collection
We encourage you to choose print at home tickets; you can print these out or simply show us your ticket on your phone. There won’t be a facility to print out tickets at the event, so if you choose the collection option, please do this in advance from our Box Office. On arrival, a member of the team will be there to check tickets and answer questions.

Are dogs allowed?
No dogs are allowed other than assistance dogs.
