The Reigate & Banstead Community Safety Partnership pledging its support to the national anti-social behaviour principles
Supporting ASB Awareness Week

We supported this national campaign to tackle anti-social behaviour (ASB) and keep people in the borough safe. Encouraging people to take a stand against ASB, we highlighted the actions that can be taken and how we work with partners to tackle it. Activities included a day of action against fly tipping, talking to shoppers and businesses in Redhill town centre, joining a community litter pick in Horley and pledging our support for the Government's new national anti-social behaviour principles.

Going wild this summer

Protecting and enhancing the biodiversity of our borough is important for tackling climate change. As well as providing us with food and clean water, the natural environment stores carbon, regulates the climate and provides natural protection from flooding and erosion. Over the summer, our #GoWildRB social media campaign is celebrating the borough's countryside and wildlife and has lots of ideas for free activities to do over the school holidays that help support nature.

Dog on lead by Earlswood Lakes
Blue-green algae warning

Please do NOT let your dog swim or drink from any lake or pond in the borough, especially at Earlswood Lakes and Priory Park. There is a high chance that blue-green algae could develop due to the hot weather and this is extremely toxic to our furry friends. Testing is underway to confirm.
