There is no change to the amount or date you will pay for your annual subscription. However, you will no longer receive a reminder letter 3 weeks before the Direct Debit is collected. From August 2026 a letter/email will be sent for each of the following circumstances only: A new service is requested and set up. A price amendment to your current service. An update to your existing Direct Debit details. Confirmation of your Service Cancellation as your Direct Debit payment was unsuccessful.
