Have your say on our next five years
We want to know what you think of our draft Corporate Plan which sets out our vision and priorities for 2025 to 2030. Reigate & Banstead 2030 describes how we'll need to focus our limited resources in order to contribute to our vision for a healthy, sustainable borough. It's really important that our plans for the next five years reflect the needs of the whole borough, so please do take a look at the draft plan and complete the survey, attend a drop-in event, or send us your views in writing before 20 November.
Redhill gears up for an Arts Takeover!
The Redhill Arts Takeover is back! From Saturday 5 October to Saturday 12 October, join in with this week-long festival of art and creative activities in and around the town. It's also an opportunity for us to showcase the wealth of creative talent in the borough. Join us for a chance to see portraits by deaf, disabled and neuro-diverse artists, singing from various choirs including the missing persons choir, African drumming, Open Mic, and Crochet in the Park among others. A full list of activities including booking details is available.
Harlequin theatre consultation - we want your views
Following the closure of the Harlequin Theatre & Cinema in September 2023, due to the discovery of reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete (RAAC), the Council is holding a series of engagement events to better understand the immediate and future needs of
individuals and communities relating to arts, cultural space and activities. We’d welcome the thoughts of everyone who lives in, works in or visits the borough.
There will be five drop-in engagement events across the borough on the 5, 7, 8, 9 and 10 October. An online survey is also available, with a deadline of 9am on 14 October.
