In our January Learning Lunch, we'll hear from France du Buisson of FDB Associates who combines her marketing and career coaching expertise to support people realise their worth when setting up their own business.

 

In this interactive session, she will share her advice on how to identify your unique strengths to develop a strong value proposition that will underpin all communications, how knowing your worth helps in difficult market conditions and will talk about how your self-worth also impacts pricing.

The Work Smart Surrey and Sussex employment support programme led by Raven Housing trust works with the local community to identify and overcome any barriers to well-paid work.
This support comes in two main forms, getting people into employment and getting people upskilled for better paid roles.
Raven are actively seeking local employers to partner with us to help provide upskilling through work placement and volunteering opportunities as well as matching potential candidates with vacant roles for the benefit of both the employer and the new employee.
