The final two floors of Prospero House in Redhill are under offer. Just two months ago the high spec four-floor office block gained a new tenant, Plan Group, in addition to Morrisons Solicitors a few months prior. The final floors are now under offer with The Shawbrook Bank. Relocating from Dorking, the bank and financial services provider would occupy circa 26,000 sq ft.

Environment in Business News

All companies should be embedding care for the environment into their business to get the commercial benefits. Eshcon identify improvements, calculate carbon emissions and put in Environmental Management Systems (EMS), so that you become more efficient, reduce risk and win new business.

This year, you will need to be aware of deadlines and legislation requirements that may affect your business.

If you have an ISO 14001 certified EMS, you need to upgrade to the new standard by the deadline of September 2018. There are some significant changes required, which need to be done as soon as possible.

Companies coming under the ESOS energy regulations should be gathering data now – you’ll need to show energy consumption for a 12 month period until 31st December 2018. Energy audits can be done now too, so you benefit from the energy savings sooner.
