Is your home due an MOT?

You may consider having an MOT for your car or even for yourself – but have you considered undertaking a winter MOT for your home? This is a good time of year to make sure your home is ready for winter.

Check whether you need any of the following to keep your home warm this winter. Action Surrey can advise you about available grants, low interest loans and free no-obligation quotes.

Loft Insulation: a quarter of heat is lost through the roof. Insulating your loft is a simple and effective way to reduce heat loss and reduce your heating bills. Up to 100% funded grants are available through Action Surrey.

Cavity wall and solid wall insulation: around a third of all the heat lost in an uninsulated home escapes through the walls. In winter, the colder it is outside, the faster heat from your home will escape into the surrounding air. Action Surrey can obtain funding for you whether you have a solid walled property or one with cavity walls.

A boiler service or replacement boiler: Action Surrey can provide a competitive boiler service and free no obligation quotes for replacement boilers. Funding is available for those on income related benefits.

Visit the Action Surrey websitecontact them by email or phone on 0800 783 2503. Funding and grants are subject to availability or survey.
