All Member Training 2025
 

6 March 2025, 6.30pm - Treasury Management Member training – MANDATORY

The training will be presented by Arlingclose, our Treasury Management Consultants, and will be an online only training session.

Please note that this training is mandatory for members of Overview and Scrutiny Committee and is advisable for members of Audit Committee. All other Members are welcome to attend the training.

A MS Teams meeting invitation has been sent to all Councillors.

 

18 March 2025, 6.30pm - Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Workshop – MANDATORY

A virtual interactive workshop will be delivered by Byron Lee from Added Value Training. Further details to follow.

 

Mandatory Fraud Awareness Training - deadline 6 March 2025

All staff and Members at RBBC must complete a 45 - 60 minute online training platform to ensure we all know where the risk of fraud is in our roles, and how we can report it if we suspect something is not right. You will receive your login details to your Reigate & Banstead email address.

Please complete the online feedback form after each training event you attend. This will help improve future Member Learning and Development activities.

Strategic Grants 2025 - 2026 Awards
 

The Council will be funding 11 voluntary and community sector organisations through its strategic grant fund for 2025/26. These grants were awarded in line with the criteria agreed at the Council’s Executive in September 2024 and following an open competition which ran during the autumn of 2024.

Ladies Charity Lunch 2 April 2025
 

To be held at Ciao Italia restaurant, Banstead.

 

The guest speaker will be Hannah Bedford, jewellry designer, live music provided by MC Ray Lowe.

 

Guests to arrive at 12 noon, to be seated at 12.30pm. The lunch is due to finish at 4.30pm.

 

There will be a glass of prosecco on arrival and a glass of wine (or non-alcoholic alternative) served with a 3 course lunch.

 

Tickets are £45 per person
